Mike was excellent to work with! He was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain several things about our system even though he was at the end of his day! He made sure to wear shoe covers in my home and as a service person myself, I appreciate the extra effort. The company is priced around what I would expect from an HVAC company, certainly not the cheapest. HOWEVER, I believe I received great and honest value for my money and would not hesitate to call them again or recommend. Keep up the good work guys! UPDATE: I had Arthur out to go over my entire system. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he did a fantastic job of answering all my questions. It was a street shooter about everything and I would not hesitate to call him / All Weather again. ~ Nathan T

Arthur from All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning did a wonderful job today while doing summer maintenance on my AC unit. I had a problem with my AC not running during the hottest time of day. I thought the problem was with the thermostat. Arthur asked key questions, listened carefully, and determined the issue was with my filter. After successfully troubleshooting the issue with my AC, he discussed ways to optimize my heating and cooling. No hard sell, just shared honest info for me to think about and provided options and valuable recommendations. Arthur has serviced our AC previously and is always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I had someone from a tech company to install my thermostat and that person left me with no power to my system because he said it was an AC issue and that I needed to call an AC company to fix it. I immediately reached out to ALL Weather the following day. Thank God I received an appointment the very same day. David was the service person that came out and his customer service was outstanding. He immediately figured out the problem and fixed the issue. He was very knowledgeable and understood my frustration with the other company causing me to lose power to my thermostat. All Weather has given me the best service. I messaged them about a thermostat problem on Sunday. The tech who came on Monday was the owner and he reset the device. Later in the day the thermostat was still not working properly. Two techs came on Tuesday morning to swap out the ordinal complicated thermostat for a simple ON/OFF, UP/DOWN much easier for an elderly lady to operate. All Weather's attention to my problem and fast response to solve the problem was above and beyond good service. All Weather was also so generous in that they didn't even charge for the calls. The All Weather Family took excellent care of our home this winter. When our furnace stopped working, we also discovered a pest infestation in our attic. They coordinated a professional pest company to clean and sanitize the space, which made the process so much easier for us. Our HVAC system needed an upgrade, and we decided to invest in a new system. The pricing was reasonable, and the financing options made it very manageable. They were able to begin work just a few days after the consultation. With the extremely cold weather, I’m truly grateful that everything was completed within just four days. We had our unit serviced last year with Chad. He went above and beyond what we expected out of a technician. When our unit went out just a few days ago we called to have them come diagnose the problem (our system is 25 + years old and has been on its last leg since we bought the house) we requested that Chad come out again. He gave us the same amazing service got us fixed to hold us over until we get a new system in in a few weeks. Very reasonably priced! We had another estimate from another local company that was outrageously overpriced compared to the quote we got today. I recently had an issue with my HVAC unit. My family recommended All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning as they've used their services before. Art Trujillo arrived promptly at my home to troubleshoot the problem. He opened the thermal controller box. The cables for both 1st and 2nd flr thermostats were reversed. He adjusted and made sure the cables were working properly. Art also fixed and secured the 1st flr thermostat as it was loose and adjusted the wires as well. Joey did a replacement service for our furnace. He was friendly and professional. He even offered changing our air filter. The price is reasonable compared to other quotes I had received for the same work. The communication service was clear, sending emails and a picture of the technician. The office was quick on taking the phones and doing the scheduling. The main manager, Gil, did our thermostat change, and he was friendly, professional, and helpful in understanding the issue and explaining the new setting. He also offered a reasonable price. Gil was extremely helpful & went beyond any expectations we had. He came to evaluate whether we could get our 6 year old system to work properly or should make a huge investment in a heart pump. All Weather did not install our current system, but we wish they had. Gil spent about 2 hours making adjustments to our system. It had never worked properly & our house was always uncomfortable, whether we used the heat or air conditioning. He knows what he’s doing. Our system now works beautifully for both heat & air. He could have easily told us to buy a new system from him, but he patiently adjusted ours in a way that the original installation crew failed to do. We use All Weather for our rental. They installed a heat pump & do the maintenance and service. We’re completely happy with both. We’ll never call anyone else. Thank you, Gil. This is a business where the owner truly cares. We had all weather replace our heater and add air conditioning. We could not be happier with our experience. Garrett, the advisor/estimator, was very knowledgeable and explained the system they would install and what our city inspector would allow and not allow. They had Mark come out and do a pre-construct inspection and the he came back with Hunter and Ryan to help them get the project started. Hunter and Ryan did a great install and were very concerned with doing the best job and respecting our home and us. We highly recommend this company and we consider ourselves lucky that this was one of the companies we called to bid on our project. ~ Phil M

From the first phone call to the sales visit to the install team, my experience with All Weather has been stellar! They did what they said when they said they would do it and when challenges came up on my install in my 33 year old home they worked closely with me to come up with viable solutions. I called 4 companies to come out and bid my job...one never showed up for their appointment, another declined to bid after showing up and a third was higher in price and didn't give me that feeling of comfort that All Weather gave me from the start. When we moved here, we found another company to service our A/C when it went out. They were fine for a couple of visits. But they started doing a hard-sell for a new system saying ours would die in weeks, if not days. We dropped them. We then found All Weather and they've been consistently great. All the techs are respectful of the house (coverings on their shoes) and making sure not to hit the walls with their ladder. Joey has been our tech for the past few visits and he's always very courteous, he explains what needs to be done, and walks us through everything that's going on. ~ David R

I called them about what I thought was going to be a simple repair of the AC connection to the house. Arthur was the technician. I mentioned to him that my solar 'true-up' was outrageously high, he asked to inspect the entire system. Well, he found a major issue made by another company in the past. All of the heat or AC air was going into the attic, and only into the house once the attic was heated. He fixed the problem right away. I had already been curious about heat pump systems, so he had an expert, Garrett, come out the next day. Garrett spent plenty of time explaining the systems. There was no pressured sales pitch. In the end, I decided to wait for some time to see how my electric & gas bills would be after Art fixed the problem in the attic. (There were some other issues, and I will contact them to schedule service.) I based my selection of All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning on all the positive reviews--and the reviews didn't lie! ~ Lance G

We've had All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning looking after our HVAC and heating system for quite a few years now. We have a subscription to their service which is very reasonable on a monthly basis. It covers a checkup of the AC system in the spring and the heating system in the fall and keeps our system in tiptop shape. In addition, the excellent service - Joey has been our main guy and he is great: personable, efficient, and considerate of our home - means we know our systems are well taken care of and reducing our stress by putting off replacing either system any time soon. ~ David C

I live in Napa and collected several quotes from HVAC companies in town and in the surrounding area for new duct work and in ceiling insulation. All Weather offered the best quote and their prices were significantly less expensive than those from other companies. More important than pricing, their staff are super professional and communicate extremely well. They returned calls in timely manner, were patient in answering my questions and performed high quality work. The good folks at All Weather came very promptly (the next morning) after our A/C stopped working, examined our 14-year-old system and gave us good information about repairing vs. replacing the system. The price and timeline (only 2 days later!) for replacing it was very competitive and we opted to invest in a new system rather than repairing a 14-year old system. On replacement day, two very professional gentlemen (Mark & Alex) showed up promptly, went right to work, and had our house nice and cool by mid-afternoon (woo-hoo!) We had two aging air conditioning units fail 2 months apart during the hottest months of the summer. Both times, All Weather and their crew worked hard to quickly install the new Heat Pump units as replacements.They completed the installation very speedily on short notice. As a retired building inspector, I recognize quality work when I see it. Before I retired I inspected several jobs for Gil and was always more than satisfied with his quality so when I needed to replace my HVAC system I called All Weather Heating and Air Conditioning For a quote and found their price to be fair and had them do the installation. His employees were great to work with and got the Work completed as scheduled and did a great job. If and when I need to replace it, I will make sure to call them again. Chad showed up on time to service my heater and AC. He explained in detail what he was going to do. The service call was covered under a maintenance agreement. The furnace igniter was found to be working but he said it was worn to the point where it could go out without notice. We discussed the age of the furnace and my usage. He also provided an estimate of the cost to replace including labor. The price seemed fair so I decided to replace the worn part. Overall I am very satisfied with the service provided. ~ kenneth y

ALl WEATHER Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., did a fantastic job installing a new Bryant 2 ton ducted mini split system w/indoor air quality system which includes three UV lights (per my request) and EAC filtration system. The crew was great, accommodating, polite, on time, knowledgeable, answered all questions and provided a rebate, which brought down the overall cost by several thousand $$$$$. David, the lead installer, as well as the rest of the crew are very efficient and kind. They explained the new system with clarity to the degree I was able to understand the technical side of things clearly. They wasted no time installing my unit. I am extremely pleased and recommend this company! Another mark of a good company, in my opinion, is customer service. It has been my experience with All Heating and Air, is their customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to help and answer my questions.
